Promote emerging actors
ReVolution competitions allow advanced projects and technologies or the pioneering uses of VR / AR to benefit from a real springboard for exhibitions during Laval Virtual. Between 6 and 20 projects are selected for each ReVolution category for their quality and their ability to transform the XR sector.
Demo & Hackathon VR/AR
ReVolution #Student has become a benchmark competition in Europe for immersive technologies. Challenge schools and students from different countries to the first Virtual Reality fair and be spotted by industry experts through two competitions: a Demos and a Hackathon.
Digital Art exposes itself

Call for project
Laval Virtual Awards Ceremony
Submission deadline: 17th January 2020 The competition consists of creating a concept, with the aim of introducing virtual reality technologies and technology convergence to the heart of the Laval Virtual Awards prize giving ceremony welcoming 600 visitors. The project could incorporate the technical means typically provided for the ceremony (video control, light production, camera, etc.). The Cross Tech theme will be emphasised through the #Experiences competition.

Immersive Street Scenography
Submission deadline: 17th January 2020
The competition should enable our visitors to share a unique experience without queues forming. We are looking for a ‘wow’ effect and something that is photogenic. The project can make use of interactive projection, robotics, AI and many other technologies. This competition is open to both private (companies, associations...) and public (universities, laboratories, etc.) organisations.
